Financial Requirements
Total investment
Your total investment ranges from approximately $100,000 to $300,000*. Costs vary by location, size, format and site conditions. This does not include taxes and other start-up costs.
To qualify you must have 100% of the above total in unencumbered cash plus working capital. Applications should have a minimum net worth of $1,000,000 or greater. Your total investment figure covers:
Equipment, leaseholds, fixtures and signage
Construction, design and engineering fit outs
Franchise fee
Project management fee
Training
Inventory
Royalties (Determined on an individual basis. Note also that franchise advertising and print defray will be included within the royalties we pay).
*Site conditions, location and size will dictate final investment figure.
Additional costs
Franchisees will have responsibility for marketing and printing for:
any campaigns or promotions that are not led by national office
any campaigns or promotions required as part of a shopping centre tenant lease
